Step 01
We visit your property in Salzburg (free within city limits) to assess the site, discuss your vision, budget, and timeline. You receive a written summary within five business days.
Step 02
Our designers produce hand-drawn sketches and 3D visualisations showing layout, materials, and planting. One round of revisions is included. Design fee credited toward construction if you proceed.
Step 03
Detailed construction drawings, structural calculations, drainage plans, and material schedules. We handle Bauantrag submissions and coordinate with heritage authorities where required.
Step 04
Our in-house team and trusted partners execute the build. Typical terrace projects take 4–8 weeks; full garden-terrace combinations 8–14 weeks. Weekly progress updates via email.
Step 05
Final walkthrough, care instructions for pine and stone surfaces, and optional maintenance contract. Two-year workmanship guarantee on all construction.
